Rani Towers

Rani Office Towers is our prime location in Av. Marginal with terrific access routes towards downtown, the ring road to the north and the road to the airport. Our offices are on the 6^th floor of a 15 storey building managed by an international Property Management team. The secure parking garage is part of a high security standard, along with EHS compliance and backup power generator.

The building has incredible unrestricted sea views and it’s adjacent to Radisson Blue Hotel and residences. Our clients can also benefit from Radisson’s Conference facilities that accommodate up to 450 delegates.

Specialty restaurants, fashionable bars/lounges, shopping centre with supermarket, state of the art fitness centre and Spa can also be found on premises.

24 de Julho

Our 24 de Julho office is located at the top end of Avenida 24 de Julho, across from Hotel Villa Das Mangas. Plenty of street parking is available and the area is very safe and popular, with just a short walk to many cafes, restaurants and hotels. Building access is controlled by a security guard at the main entrance.

Marginal

This office is located in the Global Alliance building on Avenida Marginal, running along the Indian Ocean. The building has incredible unrestricted sea views and is located close to Hotel Southern Sun and Hotel Radisson.
