All Inclusive Price

Some serviced office providers will charge you a base rate for the use of their space. While it may seem cheap, when you receive your monthly invoice, the itemised charges for all the additional services and consumables can quickly add up.

Our policy is to charge a single monthly fee, with no hidden charges, for the use of our office space, facilities and consumables. Our all inclusive pricing*, will help you keep your operating costs within budget. You don’t need the hassle of monitoring how many cups of coffee your team drinks each month.

Our prices start from $1400 for a 2 person office.

*Monthly limits apply to some services such as; printing and copying, outgoing calls, and conference room usage. Please contact us to find out about a tailored package to suit your business.

Our Office Is Your Office

When you hire office space with us, you are free to display your company logo and other collateral. We’re here to partner with you and want your space to feel like your office, not a temporary workspace or hot desk. Our offices are unbranded to keep the emphasis on your business, not ours.

Your office space comes with a dedicated phone line. Our team will answer with your business name and handle calls to your instruction. When your client or business partner calls or visits you, it will appear like your own office, not ours.
